Chef Hanna has created a special tapas-style tasting menu for the evening, with each course thoughtfully paired with wines from Joval Family Wines.
Joining us in Killarney from Australia will be Madison James of Joval Family Wines. With a passion for wine, travel and storytelling, Madison will guide guests through the evening, sharing the stories, regions and people behind each wine.
Joval Family Wines is a family-owned wine company representing exceptional vineyards across Australia and New Zealand. Throughout the evening, guests will experience three distinctive producers from their portfolio — RockBare, showcasing the bold character of South Australia; Sticks, capturing the cool-climate personality of Victoria’s Yarra Valley; and Crowded House, reflecting the purity and elegance of New Zealand’s Marlborough region.
