KML requires certain personal information from each guest in order to process a reservation. This information includes the guest’s name, contact information (address, telephone number, email address) and credit or debit card number. The Resort will never disclose customer information to any other person or organization without direct consent, unless an emergency situation requires it or we are legally obligated to do so.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the personal information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your search requests, communicating with you and enabling certain functionalities in our service offerings for your use.
We use the personal information that we collect to provide you with, or make available to you, the services, including:

– enable certain functionalities in our service offerings for your use;

KML employs tracking software to monitor website usage and customer traffic patterns. Doing so aids in the development of website content and provides useful information to help adjust the site layout to better meet the needs of our guests. This information is never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. KML does not partner or have relationships with any ad server companies which would cause our guests to receive unwanted email.
During this process, only the domain name (not email address) is collected from visitors to our web page. The email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information and user-specific information on what pages consumers’ access or visit is also collected. Cookies are used to store visitor information, enabling us to remember guests’ key info (name and address for example) for future reservations. This streamlines the user experience, making it easier for you to rebook by eliminating the need to re-enter information each time a reservation is made.

Agreement

Online Reservations
Online reservations may only be made by guests who are over the age of 18. Use of our online reservation system signifies your financial responsibility for all charges, fees and taxes incurred as a result of your reservation. Submitting a reservation confirms your approval that all information provided by you is true and correct. Any misuse of our online reservation system by you will result in your being denied access.
Special Assistance
Capacity at KML is limited; thus, if any special assistance is required, you must inform us upon booking your reservation. If you have not done so before checking-in, we reserve the right to refuse your reservation. With that said, our team is always willing to help provided we have the ability to do so.
