Waterfront

Taking his tiny hand in yours, you walk side by side down the boardwalk, listening to the chatter of seagulls and the wind whistling through the trees. His eyes, bright with wonder, widen at the sight of the boats bobbing in the water. You can’t help but laugh at his excitement as our friendly Captain welcomes him aboard the Stormy Night. The boat skates out onto the open water and a soft breeze tickles your face. Wrapping your arms around your boy, you look out onto the blissful Killarney landscape. A moment to treasure.

Host to some of North America’s most beautiful boats, Killarney Mountain Lodge’s full service marina is a popular dockage destination for local, national and international boat owners. The Waterfront is also a draw for guests and travellers who are interested in exploring the breathtaking Killarney Channel during their stay. Offering boat rentals, guided cruises, competitive docking rates and a convenient Boathouse Store, the Waterfront is a cornerstone of Killarney Mountain Lodge.

The waters surrounding the town of Killarney are home to some of the world’s most beautiful boats. In addition to its sheer brilliance, Georgian Bay has a rich history of being traversed by travellers from near and far; birch bark canoes, schooners, steamships, cargo vessels and in more recent times, pleasure craft, have all passed many miles under the keel.
