Featuring traditional chalet decor, the Lodge Dining Rooms are adorned with soft linens, rich table settings and original paintings by some of Killarney’s best artists.

Dennis Koveos

A distinguished graduate of George Brown College’s Culinary Arts Program and a Red Seal certified chef, Dennis Koveos has left his mark in kitchens both in and around Toronto. His culinary journey is marked by significant roles including pioneering his own venture with Invisible Chef Catering Solutions.

With a knack for blending creativity with culinary classics, Dennis has developed a distinct style that he likes to call “innovative classics.” His dishes are a testament to his extensive experience and his ability to transform traditional flavors into memorable dining experiences. Dennis’s commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of his work, from menu development to event management, always with a focus on sustainability and health-conscious choices.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Dennis is passionate about education, sharing his knowledge and skills as a part-time faculty member at Humber College. He is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of chefs with his innovative techniques and culinary wisdom.

In his personal time, Dennis enjoys the simple pleasure of exploring local farmers’ markets and hosting private dinner parties for his loved ones. These intimate gatherings capture the essence of his culinary philosophy: to share the joy of food with those closest to him.
