If you’re an event planner, we understand it’s important to understand the event venue layout to ensure that it’s a fit for your needs. You’ll be paired with a Canada House meeting planner to tailor the meeting rooms your event needs.


Canada House features two large banquet halls, each with its own terrace overlooking Georgian Bay. These rooms are ideal for your next convention, conference or group gathering. We also offer several pre-function rooms to host cocktails, displays and information sessions. A private dining room overlooking Georgian Bay is also part of the picture.

Granite Ridge Banquet Room

Granite Ridge

One of the main banquet halls can be used as one large ballroom that seats 250 people. It features a grand cathedral ceiling, its own bar, an oversized fireplace for a rustic focal point in the room and huge windows with picturesque views of Georgian Bay. Step out onto the terrace where you can relax and take in the scenery. Granite Ridge can be set up in the following layouts:

Banquet, Classroom, Theatre, Boardroom, Hollow Square, Reception and U-shape.

Silver Peaks Conference Room

Silver Peaks

The second smaller banquet hall seats 120 people and has its own reception lobby, stone fireplace and bar. It also has a great view of Georgian Bay through the its own terrace.

Pine Room Fitness Centre

The Pine Room Fitness Centre

For those who want to continue their workout wherever they go, we have a state of the art fitness centre on the main level of Canada House. Including men’s and women’s change rooms.

Meeting and Breakout Rooms in Canada House

When you need classrooms and smaller breakout rooms, the meeting rooms in Canada House will help you with breakout group sizes up to 24 depending on your needs. There are eight meeting rooms available and can be set-up in the following layouts:

Killarney Mountain Lodge Meeting Rooms & Party Rentals

When you require something a little more intimate, the resort itself might be what you need. Killarney Mountain Lodge is perfect if you’re organizing a group party for a special occasion, or a venue for milestone birthdays, sports banquets, graduations, anniversaries, and more.

Great Room

Our newly renovated Great Room and Bar feature leather seating areas, an enormous granite fireplace, and log-clad walls as a spectacular backdrop. It can be configured for weddings up to 100 people, or corporate meetings for up to 200 people.

Pavilion Meeting Room in the Main Resort Building

Our Pavilion has been the star of many a wedding with twinkle lights through the rafters, paper birch place settings and ballads played by live musicians. It harkens back to those favourite movies we grew up with like “Dirty Dancing” or “My American Cousin” with a capacity of up to 150 at a wedding or 200 for corporate meetings or retreats.

Card Room

Our smallest group space offering is the original poker room of the lodge, now called the Card Room to recall those days of fun, laughter and hard earned winnings of a time gone by. It can be configured for groups up to 50 or as small as 10 to have the intimate gathering or focus group meeting with a big screen TV for presentations.
