Lodging

Cabins
Nestled between white pines and pink granite outcrops, our individual cabins are cozy and welcoming. Sleep soundly in your own bed-sitting room with pine paneling, queen bed and three-piece bathroom with shower. Cabins are connected to the Main Lodge by covered walkways.

Lake View Cabins
Retire to one of two favourite cabins with picture windows overlooking the Killarney Channel. Right next to the shore, these individual cabins are cozy and romantic. Relax in your own bed-sitting room with pine paneling, king bed and three-piece bathroom with shower.

Pine Lodge Rooms
Turn in for the night in a comfy corner of the Pine Lodge. Bed-sitting rooms have knotty pine paneling, three-piece bathrooms with shower and a double and single bed. You're close to the heated pool and sauna and a short stroll from the water's edge.

Channel View Main Lodge Rooms
Enjoy a channel view from your bed-sitting room. Main Lodge Rooms have pine paneling, three-piece bathrooms with shower and one queen or one double bed. Rooms are close to the dining room, lounge and swimming pool

Standard Main Lodge Rooms
Wake up with the sunshine in our Main Lodge. Rooms have pine paneling, three-piece bathrooms with showe and two single beds. You are close to the dining room, lounge and swimming pool.

Woodside Suite
Unwind in a cabin for four near the birches. The Woodside Suite has a homey feel with a living room, two bedrooms with two double beds in each room and a large four-piece bathroom.

Porch Suite
Relax on your own screened porch near the water's edge. The Porch Suite has two adjoining bed-sitting rooms, each with knotty pine paneling, three-piece bathrooms with shower and a double and single bed.

Pilot House
This cottage sits right on the water with a perfect panorama of the Killarney Channel and Georgian Bay. The Pilot House has an inviting screened porch, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two singles, two en suite four-piece bathrooms, living room with pull-out couch, stone fireplace and large picture windows.

Chalet
The Chalet is perched on a pink granite outcrop and has a grand view of Georgian Bay. You'll enjoy the screened porch, two large bedrooms, each with two double beds, two en suite four-piece bathrooms, a spacious living room with stone fireplace, pull-out couch and large picture windows.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CHILDREN’S RATES - Up to age 3, no charge. Ages 4 and 5, 25% of adult rate. Ages 6 to 10 inclusive, 50% of adult rate. (Children not sharing a room with an adult pay one adult rate for the eldest child and the applicable children’s rate for each additional child.)

SINGLE RATES - No surcharge for single occupancy in ROOM accommodation. For singles in CABINS add 40%.

TRIPLE RATES - Deduct $5 per person per night when 3 adults share one CABIN or ROOM.

FACILITIES - In an effort to maintain the spirit of the wilderness, there are no telephones, radios, television or air conditioning in our guest accommodation. Television and telephones are available in public areas. Wireless broadband service is available in the public rooms in the main lodge. Bell, Telus and Rogers are now providing cell phone service in Killarney. However, we request that cell phones be used outdoors only.

NO SMOKING PLEASE - All lodging and public rooms are smoke free.

RATES - All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to change rates at any time.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS - $50 per person is required to guarantee a reservation. We accept deposits by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Deposits are applicable to the last day of the reservation - not refundable for early departures.

CANCELLATIONS - If cancellation is received two weeks or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, deposits are returned less a $25 bookkeeping charge. With less than two weeks notice, deposits are either forfeited or held for another booking this season or next.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT - In at 4:00 PM, but if rooms are ready earlier we are happy to accommodate you. Out at 11:00 AM. Stay later if you wish, but be sure to remove belongings from your accommodation by 11:00.

TIPPING - We do not automatically add a service charge to your bill (except for group bookings when gratuities are usually pre-arranged), but we hope you will wish either to tip the staff individually or add a gratuity to your account when you check out.

TAXES - Our rates are subject to the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (5%) and the Ontario Sales Tax (5%).

CREDIT CARDS - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and most bank cards.

TRIP SAFETY - Killarney Mountain Lodge is committed to offering stimulating and enjoyable guided outdoor day trips. We provide top quality equipment and experienced outdoor leaders with wilderness first aid certification, guide training and a real appreciation for the Killarney area.

HEALTH, FITNESS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF TRIP PARTICIPANTS - Our guided outdoor day trips are open to anyone in good health and good physical condition. You do not have to be an athlete, but many of our programmes require a modest physical effort. Please refer to the specifics of each excursion. All participants are responsible for selecting trips that suit their interests, abilities, fitness level and health. Killarney Mountain Lodge must be provided with a signed release and the necessary completed medical forms prior to the trip. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time prior to or during the trip. This decision will be made if, in the opinion of Killarney Mountain Lodge or through its representative or agent, an individual’s behavior or physical condition is detrimental to the trip operation or the rights, interests, or enjoyment of him/herself or other trip participants.
